I am a PhD student in Political Science at Gothenburg University, Sweden. Currently, I am also a visiting the Democracy, Elections and Citizenship group at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona until the end of January 2023.
My main research interests include political behavior and gender and politics. I care about structures of discrimination and what motivates people to uphold them.
My dissertation explores polarization over feminism, backlash against feminism and radical right support. Part of my dissertation work has been published in West European Politics and Frontiers in Political Science.
In my research, I apply quantitative and qualitative methods, including survey data analysis, a survey experiment and interviews, using data from all European Union countries in a comparative approach, as well as Sweden and Germany in single country studies.
